My take
Conspiracy cousin and mentally handicapped cousin kidnap the alien CEO. Wow. I freaking loved this movie. The ending sucked so bad. Like wow they just used up left over tape from the JLo movie my gosh it was bad. But the rest of the movie was tragic and beautiful in a surprising way. Reminded me of Of Mice and Men, where it's tragic how the world forces death on the friendship. See emails with Peter Conti-Brown about it. Had a similar conversation with dad. I also loved the weird music.
