My take
Oh man, what a devastating story. The little Palastenian girl trapped in a car with her family all shot. I empathized with everyone involved. The boss trying to follow the rules to keep his people safe. The two emotional call receivers who kept trying to force it. And the lady keeping her cool. But I also empathized with the Israeli soldiers. How are you supposed to respond when your enemy is walking evil and will use civilians or dress up as rescue workers. It's truly horrendous all around. It was very well done but very sad.
