My take

What a chaotic and silly play! But it was the conclusion to a wonderful full day of birthday celebrations and surprises from Alejandra. And the parking attendant at the lot across the block who I had to run back into since he had told me he was going to leave at 11pm and I didn't find out that the play wasn't out until 11:10pm - so when I ran back and told him, he said not a problem he would wait for me. Great guy! This play felt like a really well done and well funded community theater. Did not feel professional. But it was a jolly time and fun to learn the story of a famous play I've heard a lot about but never actually seen or heard the music for.
