Dear Evan Hansen

My take

Even though the ending of waitress is the most moved I've ever been in a musical, Dear Evan Hansen is the one that has spilt the most of my tears. My goodness. Just the other day (typing this in 2026) we were telling dad on the way to run across the golden gate bridge for memorial day about this play and we all started crying just thinking about the premise. Also incredibly clever use of the screens and bringing technology and social media and texting onto the stage.
