Fahrenheit 451 (60th anniversary edition)

I chose this because of the absolute earth shaking experience I had listening to Something Wicked this way Comes. I needed more of Bradbury in my life plus I couldn't believe I hadn't ever actually read Fahrenheit 451. The prose and scenes (the one two punch that knocked me out with Something Wicked this way comes) were like 80% as good here as they were there. Lots I enjoyed and the spirit was definitely there, but it didn't quite get to what Something Wicked did. Though I enjoyed the quick paced plot, a nice follow up to reading Salinger and Fitzgerald. Classic Americans doing short novels. I'm quite the fan!
